Advantage Healthcare is recruiting carers to provide care and support to our clients in their own homes. Going from house to house on set runs client visits will range from half hour pop-in calls through to day sits. You will work with same set of clients enabling you to get to know your clients and provide continuity of care for them! The clients have various needs ranging from dementia, diabetic, bed bound to frail and elderly.

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic workers, drivers preferred but not essential. Applicants will need to have excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize workload. Flexible hours including day’s weekends and evenings.

Healthcare Assistants for Nursing Home

Advantage Healthcare is recruiting Healthcare Assistants for Nursing and Residential Homes in the Rochdale and Manchester area. To be successful you must have worked in a similar setting, be able to provide clinical references, have good communication and oral skills and be able to follow instruction and work in a team within a busy environment.We have various positions available within different units and we can offer various hours including day and night shifts so you can work to fit in with your other commitments.

Duties will vary dependant on the individual clients needs but general duties will include the well being of residents, ensuring that their physical, emotional and social needs are met.

Healthcare Assistants urgently needed for on-going contract

Due to an on-going contract Advantage Healthcare is recruiting dedicated and experienced Healthcare Assistants to work in Home Care settings in the Rochdale and Bury area. We are looking for professional and experienced Healthcare Assistants and Home Carers with current clinical skills and good communication and oral skills. Drivers preferred due to the location and nature of the work. We will require clinical references that cover recent skills and experience.
