Advantage Healthcare is delighted to welcome Richard Murfin as their new Learning and Development Manager. Richard's main priority will be to develop and implement the strategy for training agency workers via the utilization of e-learning.
Richard joins Advantage Healthcare with over 8 years experience in health and social care sector working with both young people with various physical and psychological needs and in the field of drug and alcohol addiction.
Speaking of joining Advantage Healthcare, Richard says;
"I am very excited to have joined Advantage Heathcare and would just like to thank everyone for their warm welcome. I feel I have already learnt a lot within my first few weeks which has been great. Going forward I have been assigned some very specific tasks namely implementing e-learning for our agency nurses, carers and support workers. This is a very exciting project and one that has many benefits for AHG as a business, AHG employees and our agency workers. Be part it, Learning for Growth."
Advantage is confident that Richard's addition to the group will open many doors for 2010 and beyond.
